The expansion of the seat of the company COAL MILL A.S., Dětmarovice

One of the biggest advantages of modular construction is its variability and versatility, speed and, among other things, the ability to "grow" hand in hand with the growth of your company. We also proved these advantages in Dětmarovice in northern Moravia.

The owners decided to expand the already unsuitable office building and the layout proposal of our experienced team of PEGAS CONTAINER experts won in a wide range of competitive offers. The one-storey modular building consisting of standard container modules, with a simple facade made of standard trapezoidal sheet metal was extended by a second floor and an external staircase made of galvanized profiles.

The new appearance of the company's administrative headquarters also gained interest thanks to the non-traditional layout of the facade with drawn sheet metal in combination with a gabled roof.
